EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can help you heal from the negative memories, beliefs, physical sensations and emotions associated with trauma so that you can move forward in your life. I have experience using EMDR

with a variety of traumatic events and psychological concerns, including sexual assault, medical trauma, depression, eating disorders, body image, and childhood physical and emotional abuse/neglect.

LLC Supervision

Looking for an encouraging supervisor? I meet the state of Michigan's requirements to supervise Limited Licensed Counselors (LLC's). Becoming a therapist can feel both exciting and overwhelming. I'm here to help you navigate situations you may have not learned how to deal with in graduate school, such as imposter syndrome, compassion fatigue, work-life balance, and finding the right work environment and client population for you.
